Vegan Banana Oatmeal Cinnamon Almond Cookies

I should probably add FLOURLESS to the title but that would make it a little too long.

These cookies do contain a lot but they look very simple. These are by far my HEALTHIEST cookies ever. They are vegan, low fat, low sugar, high flavour and will give you lot of energy!

I’m going biking tomorrow around the lake and having a picnic so I need something to boost me up!

Oh, did I mention that they take like 10 minutes to prepare and you only need one bowl?

Vegan Banana Oatmeal Cinnamon Almond Cookies

Full List of Ingredients

2 ripe bananas

1/2 cup margarine

2 tbsp brown sugar

1/2 tsp almond extract

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup sliced almonds

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp baking powder

1 cup oat flour (processed quick oats)

1 cup quick oats

Pinch salt

Full Method

These Vegan Almond Cookies are easy to make.Cream together the bananas, the margarine and the sugar with a mixer.

Add the extracts and the cinnamon.

Mix in the baking powder and the oat flour.

Add in the quick oats and the almonds.

You can add here other ingredients of your choice like chocolate chips or dried fruits.

I did half of my cookies with cranberries!

With a fork, press the top of each cookie ball on the baking sheet because they won’t melt down in the oven.

Put in oven for about 10 minutes at 350°.

This recipe makes about 18 cookies.
